Magi Seal warranty programs are custom designed to meet the needs of many different retailers. However, most plans include the same basic protection. Here's a few guidelines to help you determine if warranty service may be available:
- Accidental spills - In most cases, normal stains from household food and beverages, or human and pet bodily fluids that occur on furniture which has been treated with Magi Seal AQ® can be easily removed by gentle blotting with a clean cloth. (Never rub.) If a stain persists, call us within 14 days and we can provide you with immediate stain removal advice.
- Accidental damage - We understand that accidents can happen - and we're here to assist should you have an unfortunate event that causes a rip, tear, or burn to your furniture. Be sure to call us within 14 days of the occurrence and we will provide you with guidance on how to resolve the situation. Please note that scratches, rips, tears or other damage caused by pets is not covered.
- General soiling - Unfortunately, furniture receiving regular use may become soiled just from normal use. Warranty plans are not a cleaning contract and do not cover soiling, fading, general wear and tear.
- Permanent marks - Regrettably, some permanent stain events cannot be corrected. Items such as paint, bleach, dyes, corrosives, and gum are not covered by the warranty.
- Damage - Some events simply cannot be controlled and are likely to cause damage to your furniture. As a result, furniture damaged during moving, in transit, storage or used in a commercial environment can't be covered.
